The Ranch

Introducing Goat Ranch, a brand-new custom-built luxury vacation home designed for golf groups. Designed with the same spacious layout and exceptional amenities that have made The Woods a favorite for golf groups, The Ranch will welcome its first guests beginning May 1, 2027.

THE ESTATES

BOOKING POLICIES

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In: 4:00 PM
    Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Cancellation Policy

100% of paid pre-payments are refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.​ 50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival.

A $200 hold will be placed on the guest’s card at check-in and released within 7 days after departure. If extra cleaning is required, the $200 may be used to cover the additional cleaning costs.

House Rules

  • Occupancy limited to guests listed on the reservation

  • No illegal activity allowed

  • Quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

  • No pets unless approved in your reservation

  • Primary renter must be at least 25 years old

  • Guests under 21 must be with a parent or legal guardian

  • No smoking indoors; outdoor smoking only

  • De-odorizing fees apply if cigarette odor is present after checkout

  • No commercial photography or filming

  • No tents or temporary structures allowed

  • Renter is responsible for any property damage and related charges
