The Woods was the first Bandon Golf Estates home and established the experience we set out to create.

With more than a decade of experience managing luxury vacation homes on the Oregon Coast, Brent leads Bandon Golf Estates with a focus on quality, thoughtful design and exceptional guest experiences. His background in financial services shaped a detail-oriented approach that continues to influence every aspect of the business, from property development to guest care.
Karissa Courtney
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Karissa has been helping guests plan their stays since 2017 and is often the first point of contact for groups visiting Bandon.
Known for her friendly communication, attention to detail and local knowledge, she works behind the scenes to ensure every stay runs smoothly from booking to checkout.
